The project aims to simplify the procedures preceding the execution of infrastructure works in areas such as energy, transport and defense so that contracts undergo easier, said Prime Minister Sorin Grindeanu on Wednesday, according to Radio Romania Actualitati.
This regulation seeks to prevent firms from getting penalized from the start laying the emphasis on prevention and on solving the problems discovered.
The lack of this strategic investments law generates some bottlenecks or even a braking of public investment.
Special attention will be given in this regard to transport, energy and defense.
